2009 CUOrange College Football Tour

Posted by cuorange on August 21, 2009

If you are attending a college football game at a location other than Clemson and are interested in sharing your thoughts on the experience I would like to hear from you. MColeman4@austin.rr.com.

TexasvsTexasTechAfter 21 plus years in Austin I will finally make my way to Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium on September 19th to watch Texas attempt to gain revenge on the only team to blemish their 2008 season, Texas Tech.

For those that don’t know, Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium currently holds 94,113 with plans to expand that to 100,119.

Over the years I’ve discussed the atmosphere at different stadiums with many people from different schools.  Most think theirs is the best, of course.  This led me to the idea of each of us sharing those experiences with others who may never get to see or feel those stadiums.

Rate the tailgate.  Tell us about the crowd and atmosphere.  You can even complain about the parking if you want, but tell us.

I will provide a write up on the Texas-Texas Tech game.  I have a commitment from “madindi4” (“Man of Steele”) to provide one for the Alabama homecoming against South Carolina, while  “metalman82” in California is a maybe for a California or Stanford game.

Anyone interested, not just Clemson fans, are welcome to participate.  If interested leave your contact info in a reply below or email me at mcoleman4@austin.rr.com.
